Can someone please tell me the difference between tickets and e-tickets? Undercover Tourist has a much better deal on e-tickets right now. Is it a complete hassle and not worth it? Thank you.

You literally print out the e-tickets. Otherwise they are the same as "hard" tickets. You go right to the gate and scan in. They are obviously a bit bulkier and less durable than hard tickets, which are more or less like a business card. You can also swap your printed tickets to normal hard tickets at guest services (this is what I did).

E-Tickets are just tickets that you receive electronically vs. hard tickets that you buy at the gate ticket counters. E-tickets can be printed out at home and used right at the front gate (cutting out the trip to will call) or you can load the ticket into your "wallet" on your Universal App and use your phone as entry into the parks. (I always recommend still printing out a hard copy of your E-ticket just in case the app is not working or your phone gives you trouble)

Oh, also note there may be different refund / expiration policies with certain deals. Read the UT page carefully as they will state clearly anything different from their normal policy.
