We have booked some of our ticket through our travel agent, and I think we are getting an e ticket.
Can anyone tell me how exactly you change this to a "normal" ticket - do you go through the normal turnstile or have to go to guest services first to change your ticket or what?
Our TA said yesterday that we would have to take photographic ID with us to obtain our tickets. Does that mean everyone has to go, or can say two people go with everyone's passport?
The main reason I am asking is that the first time we go to US, we are getting their very early as staying that night so want to take advantage of the hour before opening. So my thought is do we need to go maybe the day before to get to the tickets sorted so no hassle when we arrive ??
