Yep - my vote would have to go to Splash and my reasoning is:

Splash was my favourite attraction at WDW by along way. When I visited DL last year, it continued to be my favourite (Indy was ok, but I wasn't that impressed by it). I also think that DLP has quite a few dark rides, so yet another one like little mermaid could wait a bit - especially with the rumoured ratatouille one next door as well (there's only so many dark rides I can take).

I personally think that Splash is an amazing attraction which compromises well between a dark ride and a thrill ride - it's not too thrilling and scary, but it's thrilling enough to appeal to those people who don't just want another Small World or similar with cute creatures singing at you for several minutes.

On another note (as DaveWasBaloo has reminded me), I'd love to see a Soarin' type attraction - perhaps some kind of Soarin' over Europe. There's plenty of natural landmarks and aspects in Europe that would make a great Soarin' film. It may jsut be a simulator type ride, but it's miles better (in my opinion) than Star Tours, which is feels so dated and badly in need of an upgrade of some kind - especially in comparison to Soarin'.
