E-ride or early entry at MK?

Hello!

Just found out they have reinstated the e-ride night for June - after I went and figured my whole itinerary thinking they weren't going to have them.

My question is, would we be better off staying up late and doing the e-ride night and then missing out on a 1/2 day (seeing we will be sleeping in as I figure E-ride night will be probably from 11-2, maybe?)

OR

should we skip the e-ride night and just get to the park when it opens and use an EE day instead.

E-ride nights when we will be there are June 28 and 30.
Traveling with DH, DD (age 13) and DS (age 11)

Thanks for your input!

It depends on what rides you are most interested in. Fantasyland is open in the early morning hours, but not during E-ride nights. It is great to go on those rides before the crowds get there. We like E-ride nights because the bigger rides are open, and we are more night owls than morning people, but fewer rides are open during E-night.

We did E-night once in July, and it was wonderful. The MK seemed empty. We were able to go on everything just as a walk on, and doing Splash Mountain at night is a different experience than in the day. DH was more comfortable in the dark than with the hot sun beating down on him. This was also the first time we ever saw the Goodnight Kiss from the castle. We didn't weven know about it, and we were sitting at casey's, when it started. There were no crowds to fight leaving the park.
I would want to do both, EE and e-night, but if I had to choose one, it would be e-night. We loved it!
