E-Ride Night in December

Does anyone know if "E-Ride Night" tickets will be offered in December? We will be in WDW Dec. 19th - 25th. Also, can you tell me just what is E-Ride Night. Like what time does it start and end and will food/drinks be sold during this time. Thank you for any and all info

There are no E-nights in Dec. do to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.
