E-Rewards

I like that E-Rewards pays you something even when you don't qualifiy for a survey. I was really excited about how much my account was growing until I checked the prize list and found there's not too much there. Has anyone got the Hilton Honors points -- if so, were you able to use them with no problem? Any other recommendations? Is this one even worth doing considering how long suveys take?

I've gotten the Hilton Honors points through them several times. Each time they've credited almost instantly to my Hilton account and I've had no problems using them. I've also gotten Blockbuster rental coupons from them, which were also instantaneous because they emailed me the certificates. As for whether or not it's worth it....well, that's up to you! Personally, I stopped doing eRewards because it takes so long to get to the cashout amounts, they only let you redeem for the Hilton Honors award every three months (or at least that's how it used to be - not sure if that's still the case!), and the eRewards money expires after a certain amount of time, and I kept having trouble getting to the cashout amounts before it would expire! If you're willing to login periodically and do their cash-earning opportunities, then it might be worth it to you, but eRewards is definitely not one of my favorite reward sites. Hope that helps!

I do it every now and then. I usually cash out for continental miles once a year. I wish they had better rewards because I'd do their site more often.

I have cashed out for Delta miles once and Continental miles once, but I wait till I have $100.00 in the bank and cash out, because you can only do the airlines one every 12 month.

I don't mind doing the surverys, but the pay outs, other than airline miles are bad. It's all those "get X dollars off your purchase of a larger amount," it's really not a reward, especially the Omaha Steaks, you can get the exact same offer through the website, or in the Sunday papers a lot of times.

But I do agree w/OP...I like the fact that I get paid SOMETHING even if I don't qualify...which is most of the time!!

Yeah, I found that out the hard way the first time I cashed out. You can cash out for different airlines in the year, but only once each. I read a newsletter from them a while back and it said the point don't expire, even tho the statement says they do. Which helps if you need to get to a few more bucks for that cash out.

I received a survery invitation from them in the mail last week with a website invitation code and pin number to access it. It was to pay 15 bucks payable with a check. Unfortunately once I got in there I didnt qualify.

I got that too. Same result. Maybe it's a DIS jinx?
