I will only be using it when we vacation in FL, but that's about once a year. I like the E-pass but how easy is it to use the free sticker version on a rental car (i.e., mount and remove)? I have a parking pass here that is semi-laminated on packing tape so we can move it from car to car. Do you think the E-pass could be used this way also, or would it interfere with its "readability?"

I’ve read on another thread, where someone did it with no problem. I went ahead and got UNI Pass For $15, but later got a sticker too (UNI took forever to arrive, so I wanted a backup), and planned to do the same thing as you with the sticker.

Just make sure you update your account with the information from the rental car. This is important in case the toll plaza fails to properly read the toll tag. In case of a failed read, they try to match the license plate to a valid toll account (SunPass, E-Pass, or any other valid interoperable toll account). If they can't match to a valid toll account, the rental agency will be billed for the toll and they will charge the person that rented the vehicle when the toll occurred.

The SunPass online account is easier to use with rental cars since you can flag the vehicle as a rental and set start/end dates for that particular vehicle.
