E-mailed Pin Codes

So, this may be a dumb question, but when you get a pin code by e-mail, what does the e-mail say?

I got an e-mail from Disney Destinations with the title of "Explore your Disney Resort picks, ___________ Family". I was pricing a trip yesterday on the website while logged in and that search information along with pictures of the resort I was looking at are in the e-mail.

I know it's not a pin, but I thought maybe it was an e-mail that might eventually lead to a pin. I hadn't even saved that vacation to my saved offers, which I thought was weird since the e-mail (which basically said, "We're excited you're thinking about visiting...") contained those dates.

Anyway, I'm basically wondering what a pin code e-mail will say and what the subject might be. Because I got really excited before I opened that e-mail.

I got something similar a few days before I got a pin for 20/30/40 off for most of the year.

I booked the 1 bedroom Magic Kingdom View at the Bay Lake Towers from Aug 6-12th...This will be my family's first Disney Vacation: Husband, Myself, Son(16y),Daughter(10y) and we are all excited

This board has helped me so that I keep everyone in my prayers

Without this board I would not have known what to do.
I took advice and followed tips, subscribed to everything, saved a variety of vacations and it took about 3-4 weeks but I got the email with the pin.. So do not give up because quitters never win or prosper.

I got my first pin code today

It said "Special Disney Rates and Dates for the B.......... Family."

It had three different percentages off rooms for each of the three categories and said you either have to call a certain number at Disney or your travel agent.

In teeny, teeny letters, it had my pin code and an expiration date when I could reserve it.

Unfortunately, it is not for the dates that I am going, but it was exciting none the less - because it was my first!

Wow, mine said almost the same exact thing, with the same exact dates, but mine was 30/35/40 percent off rooms! I feel very fortunate!

Got my first pin code a couple days ago too! My dates run all the way out into June though. Too bad we won't be going during any of these times, but still...40% off at deluxe! It was totally awesome just to get the email. Plus the free Alice in Wonderland wallpaper ^_^

so has the free dining pin stopped? I was really wishing and hoping and praying for a free dining pin for August... Does any one know or want to speculate as to whether or not free dining will be offered to every one soon (march april time)

I received the 30/35/40 pin to both my email addresses, however they are addressed to my friend who I booked a trip for. I've checked my profiles and they all have by info and addresses.

Any idea how I can get them to stop using her name, or as its the same home address on file, can I use these?

Never mind. I called Disney, they checked the profiles and have my address, so they said even if it has my friends name on it, the codes are for the household so I could use them. Now I need money!!!

Funny I get them for my EX to my email address and they say I can't use them. Of course they have also been promising me for 6 months they were gonna remove his name from my email address/profile too. I'd get that $$ asap and callback before they change thier name on you being able to use the PIN's.
