Is this possible? We are staying at AKL and I wanted an alternative to faxing!

I am not sure, everythink I have always read talked about faxing.

In some of the concierge sections of the resorts it's possible. For the rest of the resorts, it's not.

You can always mail a letter directly to the resort about 7-8 days before your arrival:
