E-mail Rates

I was just wondering as it seems as though some of us received the e-mail and others didn't if Disney was sending them only to certain groups.

Who has received the e-mail AND already has an AP?
Just wondering if Disney was "rewarding" AP holders who have signed up on their website, or if it was just random.

Conversely, who has received the offer and does not have an AP?
Just wondering--looking for some rhyme or reason.

I received the email and have had an AP for years.

I have an AP since February, get the online newsletters, and haven't gotten the e-mail rate.

I've had an AP for 10 years and didn't get the e-mail offer. I've never received a postcard offer either.
