E-Mail praise for a CM?

Can anyone out there help me? I'm looking for an e-mail address that I can send a positive comment regarding two CMs from the Dining line. They were really very helpful in securing PS for CRT and Chef Mickey's

the address I have used in the past is:
guest.mail@wdw.disneyonline.com

I have found that sending an ink & paper letter through Guest Communications is far better, though, as a copy will be forwarded to the cast member(s) being singled out. We had the opportunity to talk to a CM who had received a copy of our letter of thanks and he was genuinely thrilled and appreciative - it was a nice feeling to know that such a small gesture made a big impact, and totally worth the short time it took me to write the letter.
