E-mail Address For Disney?

We recently were in disney and had an unfortunate disappointing
time at one of the kid-activity centers, I wanted to e-mail someone about this to help anyone in the future not have the same problem. Anyway I found an e-mail address wwd.customerservice.com but it keeps routing me to the wdw web site, or does anyone know an address I could write a letter to? Thanks for your help!

I have always used the disneyworld.com site and look for the e-mail to something like Customer Relations.
They have always responded and one time I also received a follow-up telephone call from someone in the Disney Executive Offices.
