Wanted to know if there is an e-mail address for DCL reservations. I would like to send a question to them about their recent Bank One $100 onboard credit offer. Already went one go around on the phone, and would like to state the problem in writing.

Thanks....Johnnie

May I ask what the problem was with the Bank One credit? We are going in September and are expecting that $50 credit from them. (4nt cruise) Did you not get it automatically?

Received an offer in the last Visa statement for a $100 per stateroom onboard credit for cruises booked before 7/13/03 (not sure of the exact date). We already had a reservation (2 staterooms) booked last year using another CC (booked prior to to the launch of the Disney Visa). Called to see if our deposits could be switched to Disney Visa and receive the $100 credit. DCL said yes and did the switch. A few minutes after hanging up, got a call back and was told I was only eligible for a $50 onboard credit. Since my reseravation was prior to 5/23/03. Apparently the $100 credit is only valid between the 5/23 and 7/13/03. However, the flyer only says "booked prior to 7/13/03". DCL told me to check with Bank One since it was an offer through them. Of course, DCL did sing the praises of the Disney Visa and all the dream  dollars I would earn.

Well I went through the whole thing with Bank One and they said the rebate was strictly a Disney thing and not a Bank One offer. So I'm back to square one.

BTW, Prior to all this I already had a $50 onboard credit with Disney Club.

Wow, that is very misleading! I'm hoping the credit shows up when we get on the ship, other wise I will be extremely irate.

We are already having problems with Bank One, I'm almost ready to cancel and get my old card back. Before we switched to the Disney Visa, we never had a problem with our credit cards.

Now because of their mix up we have to dispute over $1600 from a trip to D.C. my DH and I took in May. Rep at hotel had computer problems and checked us out on the wrong credit card, twice. We got doubled billed on the Disney card and billed on the other account also. Tried to get it straighten out, the Hotel creditted back the double charges. Stupid Bank One put one of the charges back on, b/c "the computer thought it was just a double billing error" not a "paid by other means" dispute.

So now, I'm back to square one and trying to prove I paid by other means so they remove the $875 Bank One put on themselves!

They are really frustrating to deal with!
