Hi
has any one had any experience of booking flights through e-bookers.
The reason I ask, is that I saw some flights on their web site for Christmas (17th Dec) with Continental (code share with Virgin) for £449 (inc tax). I wanted to check that this was correct and called them - they were very helpful and took my booking and confirmed the flights were available etc.
I have also received a confirmation e-mail/invoice/itinerary from them. I have also spoke to them the say after I booked to confirm that the booking was OK - They say it is and has gone for ticketing.
You may be saying what's the problem? Well, last week, I tried to book the same flights direct with Continental on their website. My booking seemed to go through, but I did phone to double check. They told me they couldn't book the flights as they were with Virgin and Virgin would not let them After numerous calls to Continental, I gave up, as I got the same answer from everyone I spoke to.
How can e-bookers book the flight if Continental can't?
I wan't to believe then, but am on tenterhooks waiting for someone to call from e-bookers saying there is a problem.
Has anyone had any problems with e-bookers before?
