can somebody tell me how safe is shoping on e-bay for disney items

I shop on ebay all the time. You should just check the persons feedback to se how they have done with other shoppers.

exactly as Kelly says..... DD has been buying Disney on Ebay for years...also does bigtime trading on Disboards...

I agree... I have been selling and buying on eBay for 5 years... I have never had someone buy and not pay.... I have never paid for something that never arrived.

Check the sellers feedback rating (it is the number to the right of their user name) click on it and it will show you the comments people have posted about them. If you feel comfortable - then go for it.... if they have negative remarks - think twice.

eBay is fun =)

Although I mainly buy comedy/tragedy masks on Ebay, I have bought many Disney pins, shirts, etc. I stick with people with good feedback ratings and have never had any problems. But a word of warning...buy the insurance, even if you are just buying a pin. After getting countless pins safely in bubble envelopes, I received one that was badly damaged in transit. You could see that the damage occurred in the mail due to damage to the envelope. Unfortunately, I had not insured it. I always get the insurance for glass items, and I did receive a damaged piece one. The post office was great about reimbursing me.
