DxDP- Appetizer Question

Could I get Appetizer instead of a meal at TS? How about instead of a dessert? What do I do if I want an appetizer and am using DxDP? Can I pay OOP for one and still use DxDP credit for my meal and dessert?

The deluxe plan includes drink, app, entree and dessert. No substitutions.

As the PP said, you cannot substitute any course for another (i.e., you must order an appetizer from the list of appetizers and a dessert from the menu). There are a few exceptions. At some places the cheese plate appetizer is also part of the desert (California Grill comes to mind).

Confused by the question.
The dxdp INCLUDES an appetizer.
If asking about the ddp -- Generally cannot get an appetizer instead of an entree. Can pay oop for an appetizer.

Just to make sure you understand:

There are THREE different dining plans.

QSDP is only Quick Service food, you get two meals and 1 snack per night of stay

DDP is one Table service, one Quick Service, and one snack per night of stay.

These two only include entree, drink, and dessert for each meal.

DxDDP is 3 TS credits and 2 snacks per night of stay. You can use the TS credits for either table service or quick service. ONLY this plan includes app, entree, dessert, and drink. Note: Quick service meals do not have apps and you don't get anything in place of it if you decide to use it this way.

All three plans include the refillable mug you can use at your resort.
