We have a party of 2 adults, 1 child going for 5 nights. We have reservations at:
Garden Grill
CRT
CP
Akershus
H&V
H&V Star Wars
TH
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
This is going to be a lot of food for us with 2 TS most days. Daughter eats very little at meals, mainly snacks. Is it worth the extra money to upgrade to DxDDP? My math says if we spend less than $110 on the meal we pay for OOP every day, we come out ahead. Right? Or is there something I'm not considering? Appreciate any feedback!

I might be missing your point.....
All the meals you listed are Buffet "one price fits all" places. So, you are going to pay for your child regardless of how much she eats. As they are easily priced out, you can determine the costs and compare OOP to DP costs. CRT and MB BBQ are two credits, so you've used 10 credits; five over the DDP and five under the DxDDP. I think it costs about $46 per adult per night to upgrade, I have no idea on the child's upgrade price. (And if she prefers snacks - you get two with the DxDDP.) Are you planning any QS or are you only eating once on some days? Because you need to figure them into the comparison as well.

Your math is right, now you just need to go finish it by calculating the cost of the meals you'll do OOP.

Is H&V Star Wars 1 or 2 credits?

It's 2 also for Star Wars.

We'll probably do some CS some days. It just depends on whether we're hungry after the 2 larger TS meals. It's $10 per night to upgrade the child plan. Surely we can pay OOP and spend less than $110/day if we pick and choose what we pay for OOP.

Any ideas where I can see prices at the various restaurants?

There's a sticky over on the restaurant forum entitled Future Prices of Buffet/AYCTE. Rusty keeps that one up to date and it's a better guide than any of the other places you'll find pricing for the buffets.

Thanks for all these tips! Turns out we'd only save $100 by not upgrading, so probably worth it to upgrade and not have to think about it.
