What are the must haves that you can only get at the downtown Disney scrapbook store?

I was really excited to go there and it was such a disappointment. I can find better stuff in the local stores.

There is nothing that is exclusive to the store at DTD. There are however sometimes park specific packs that you can only get at that park. All the things in the DTD store are also found in the main park store and the World of Disney store. If you are going to DTD though check through the under $10 stoire as sometimes they have some good finds.

I agree, it's quite a disappointment. Nothing special. I did find a little tiny Mickey head punch so I can easily do hidden Mickey's on my pages, but I didn't buy anything besides that.

I was so excited to check out the scrapping stuff last year....and so disappointed. I have found much better stuff at ACM, M's, and online. My sister took me shopping there as my birthday gift and it was a struggle to find things I wanted.....and an even bigger struggle to use the stuff I bought! Our 2007 trip album is over 50 pages and very little of it was scrapping supplies purchased at WDW.

I had read threads on here saying this same stuff before I saw it for myself and I had thought that maybe my experience would be different because I was brand new to scrapping, but it wasn't.

The best thing I did for the scrapbook was to pre-order the Photopass CD. We have some wonderful photos that I was able to print myself. I am going to order it again for this trip and make a concerted effort to get even more photos!

On our last trip I didn't buy anything at the DTD store. Everything they had was either at our hotel gift shop or found in the parks. At the parks I found some paper packs such as animal kingdom, 2007, christmas, etc. I also bought a couple of albums at the resort gift shop--one brown leather with gold and the other 2007.
