DW Pirate Quest Question

I have a question about the POTC 2 quest at WDW.

How do I get the quest? I read through the player's guide but I'm still a little bit confused. Should I ask a CM for the quest, or is it just sitting out like the other quests?

And I've heard that when the quest first came out that you could just "grab" as many wells as you wanted to. Do I have to complete the quest to get a well or do they just give you one per ticket?

The questions are on the cards which have the well cards on them. You don't have to do the quest in order to get the well cards. You can ask at VMK or in the Pirate Shop and they will give you the cards. You will get one per person now. You do not have to show your ticket, but they will only give one per person. They will not let you take tons as some people have done in the past which is really nice of WDW. If you would like to get the Pirate Room, you will have to do the quest, but the questions are really easy. You can do one quest per ticket/pass.
