DW one upped me for Xmas...

So, for DW's birthday last November, I got her the new coffee table book on Imagineering. Beautifully illustrated, this was a must-have for our collection.

Well, this morning for Xmas, she handed me a rather heavy box. It was "A Brush with Disney" - a similarly sized book full of the amazing artwork of Herb Ryman. But *my* book was personalized and signed by Marty Sklar! OMG!



I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful and thoughtful DW. This was a one-of-a-kind gift.

Hi...wife here. I saw a thread here on Disboards talking about Ryman Arts Foundation. They had the book, and you could have it personalized for an extra fee. Well worth it!!! I'm so glad DH loves his gift!!!

Showing off my new book to EVERYONE today. They think I'm nuts. Hmmm. Don't care. They got lots of stuff they really like that I don't care much for. As long as we each get a little magic in our lives, that's fine with me.

DW was surprised I was moved to post on the DIS first thing this morning! I figured you all would understand!
