DW, March '06 for UCA competition!! ??

Friends daughter is in a cheerleading competition in Orlando March 24-26, staying at Rosen Ctr.
I'll be flying down w/them, staying 2nights at Pop Century and doing WDW solo that wknd. On Mon morn 27th they're coming over to stay with me till the 31st at the Wilderness Lodge Villas.

I had originally booked Feb 5-10 to do WDW solo - less crowds. However since friend and her daughter will be in FL end of March I moved my dates.

Our coaches are only going down for 2 or 3 nights. They haven't done Disney in several years. We are not a large squad, so they are a little more relaxed in their planning. We (My dd's and I) are staying at the Boardwalk Villas so we will close to the the MGM venue. My only problem will be if both my dd's are competing at the same time at different venues. There are also a few other families that are planning on staying in the Epcot/MGM resorts. I wish Varsity would release their package info, so we could plan better.

I wish they would release their package info soon too. I want to be able to start planning!!

I can't believe my luck today. This is the 3rd thread I've read that has info I am just "ripe" for. My DD8 just started AllStar Cheer last Monday. I had never heard of such a thing but someone started it locally a few years back and it was mentioned to me in passing when I was trying to decide where to switch DD to for Jazz classes (we weren't too happy with her past instructor). She has always been interested in Hip-Hop and Gymnastics, though we have never done either, lol. So, I'm happy to hear all about this Allstar Cheer programs. Guess it's time for me to read up

Went to the local program's website and it seems they've gone to WDW for the past few years and are quite good! Hope my DD likes it. Can't hate having another reason to go to WDW
