We just finished the paperwork with them as buyers for a BWV contract, and the contract has just been sent to ROFR, so we won't have a lot left to do on the broker end from here on in. We couldn't be happier. They are former DVC Guides and know the business inside and out. Super knowledgeable and very quick to respond to all communication. I imagine they would be the same on the selling end. Cannot recommend them enough!

We just passed ROFR as buyers on a BWV contract using them, and I've also been very pleased. Super fast response time to emails, and very nice. There were a few typos on our initial paperwork (so make sure you look everything over carefully), but they corrected as soon as I noticed and were very apologetic.

Ditto! Jodi is my broker. She has been great! She guided us through the purchase of a loaded BLT resale and we gave her our SSR contract to sell once we passed RFR on the BLT resale. She gave us a suggested listing price and sale price. It was slightly higher than I would have expected making me concerned it wouldn't sell. It sold in 2 weeks for a dollar per point higher than her suggested final sale price. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Jodi is great to work with. I've bought from her and listed. I had some problems with Kevin - I was the buyer and it seemed he was working more for the seller instead of fairly trying to broker the deal. Nick was okay. Tried to sugarcoat some things that I saw right through. Their mobile website stinks. They just made some upgrades to their desktop top which makes it better.
