Typically, 10-14 days from time of closing until the deed shows up on the country comptroller website.I bought a CCV that has a March date on the deed, but closed in April. I wonder which month it would appear on this.
I really just cant imagine the reasoning behind buying VB direct. I mean the only thing I can think of is they are wealthy and really love VB? Baffling
Are they though when there is no incentives on them? (I do not know what they price is per point)Cheapest direct points.

I believe VGF is continuing a decent pace in May. I noticed a FW 52 2BR. IIRC, 835 points for this single deed. Guessing it may skew May per contract higher.VGF selling 42 contracts at around 100 points each…. no incentives….
PVB looking strong….
And raise the price even if you are selling less points as long as you can rent out via cash. It’s funny because at one point in time under 100k for a resort in a month wasn’t considered that good.
IMO, it’s why I think the strategy that DVD seems to have embraced, with incentives in sold out resorts, is having lots of options vs just one!
It seems crazy and I even said something similar with the report last month, but when I price PVB and VGF direct, especially a small contract, it's not that much different. It just really hurts comparing it to 2023 prices.VGF selling 42 contracts at around 100 points each…. no incentives….
Fascinating! All these buybacks must be in the original building to have enough to deed something big like that. I wonder what deluxe studio weeks are still open?I believe VGF is continuing a decent pace in May. I noticed a FW 52 2BR. IIRC, 835 points for this single deed. Good call on original building. Unit 2A for this 835 point deedFascinating! All these buybacks must be in the original building to have enough to deed something big like that. I wonder what deluxe studio weeks are still open?![]()
Did that change? It used to be 25 minimum$150 per point, but the minimum add-on is 100 points.
I believe the favorite weeks in the original building have to come from those units and vice versa with the resort studios and Big Pine Key? Either that or DVD just didn't want to sell the bigger rooms at the lower sale prices.Good call on original building. Unit 2A for this 835 point deed
OH maybe the 100 is for a new member buying VBDid that change? It used to be 25 minimum
