I would repost this on the Restaurant board!! They love this kind of stuff, and will probably have some great advice!!

Have you ever tried Kona (one of our favorites!), Coral Reef or Teppan Edo???? We always do a quick breakfast in the room or on the go..the kids love to eat those mini boxes of cereal while waiting for the early bus..lol
Lunch we normally hit Earl of sandwich, Cosmic Rays, Flame tree bbq...etc.
Coral Reef for b-days are great and you can (possibly, if available) get a diver to come down an wish the b-day person a Happy b-day..its really cool, we have done it 2x for our DD.

Tutto Italia has been our favorite for the last two trips. That would be a great meal for you and your spouse.

You have a lot of buffet choices. For non buffet, Prime Time is a lot of fun for families (you eat in what looks like a 1950s era kitchen and the waiters and waitresses really stay in character).

Chef Mickey's is a good choice for a birthday party. Register on the website and you can get either the free park ticket or the gift card if a birthday falls on one of your days in the park. And with the celebration theme, everyone will wish the birthday boy/girl birthday wishes all day long!

The restaurant board will have the phone number to call if you want to order a special cake.

I think you should try Turf Club at SSR is nice for either a lunch or dinner! We eat there every visit!

Turf club at SSR is wonderful! We ate there last trip and are planning to do so again in August. Have you thought about Boma or Cali Grille for the grown ups?
