Does DVC still hold a welcome party on cruises

Yes, they had at least 1 Member event on the Fantasy in January. If you don’t have a DVC magnet on your door when you enter your room, you can stop by the DVC desk near the Atrium to make sure the staff knows you are a member and adds you to the invitation lists. On my last cruise there were also small gifts that members could stop by the desk to pick up each day.

We had one on our 6 night on the magic in March. It was a complete waste of time. A very small spiel about what promo they have going on and then an audience participation game show. There were free drinks but that was about the only good part of it.
