I wasn't sure if this is the right place to post this. Is anybody else having trouble with the DVC website? One day I think last week when I went on it said they were doing maintenance so I couldn't get on the site. Ever since I can't log on because it isn't recognizing my sign in. :confused3 I used my DH's sign in last week and that worked. Today I tried mine again and no luck so I signed in as DH and it worked except when I tried to check points needed for a March trip, it said there was a problem with our membership. I'm so confused. :sad2:
 
Until you mentioned the problem on your DH's sign in. I was going to advise you to clear your cookies and history and try again. Last week on December 10th the website was not always available as they were doing updates.

And today 12/16 DVC Accounting is not available as they are updating the new dues amount and training the CMs on changes.

There also have been reports that others have not been able to make reservations. I was able to check availability without problems though.

I think I would still clear cookies and history and try again on your own account. If it doesn't work call IT.
 
My DH's sign in is now working but mine isn't. I'm going to call member services and see what has happened.
 
I have been having trouble on and off for about 3 days. I noticed that most of my trouble occurred when I used Internet Explorer. The site worked much better if I accessed it via Firefox or Chrome.
