Just a comment on the website. When I sign on it's still mostly just a white background with blue lettering on all the links. No streaming, no pictures, just plain. Is everyone seeing this or am I missing something?

Also, I thought we were now able to check in to our reservations 30 or 60 days out? It's not letting me check in to my 3/24/12 reservation. Is this normal? Or is it a problem?

You can complete on-line check-in beginning 60 days from arrival. You can not use the link on the member website as it will redirect you to a room booking webpage.

Log off all Disney websites and manually enter your reservation information using the following link to complete on-line check-in: MyDisneyReservation.com

When I logged into the webcast, it started, but was only audio. I clicked to exit, but then both video and audio worked properly, so I did not need to exit.

I'm getting frustrated though, nothing on their sites work
None of my reservations are coming up on disneyworld.com, or on dvcmember.com. I booked all my dining reservations online and can't get to them without the reservation numbers! Good thing I write it all down, what good is having the websites if they can't be used or counted on!

Frustrating, but typical of Disney. With all the magic they can create around the world, they have such trouble getting their sites up-dated and working Go figure!

What browser are you using? I don't have a problem with the member website. I use either Chrome or Safari on windows and both work okay.

I have to manually link (when it works) my DVC reservations to see them at disneyworld.com.

I'm using same. Chrome or Safari. Page actually looks fine on my iPad but not so much on my work computer.

I had problems with IE 8, not so much on IE 9. Am I the only one that thinks the design of the new site is horrible? I know, everyone is opposed to change, but I am a proponent of "if its not broke..." Redesigning, just to redesign is foolish unless additional services, features, or functionality are added as well. And can anyone say, "Test, test, test", it frequently seems that Disney's IT doesn't have that word in their vocabulary.

I use Chrome no issues. But one thing I did notice is I can't find the RCI connection if I want to trade my points. Did they stop this or am I missing something.

Under 'My Vacations' (drop down menu) > RCI.

I totally agree. It is a horrible design, way to generic.

I just tried this, multiple times. Last night it was there, the check in page, but I didn't have my reservation number, so I just tried again and first it linked me to the "book a disney vacation page" and then I got a message that they are having technical difficulties and to try back later!!!!

Frustrating!!!!!!!!!
