I don't know if anyone has noticed, but the DVC website is available in Japanese.
Obviously, they will be marketing Aulani heavily to the Japanese, so this make sense. (The Hilton Grand Vacations Club website is also available in Japanese.)
But it kind of makes me wonder how reservations will be handled. Will the Japanese have to call Orlando for reservations? Since they are 13 hours ahead of EDT (14 hours ahead of EST) that would be awkward. I would also think they will need Japanese speaking cm's.
Or will they have a call center in Japan operated on local time? That would make sense, but then it raises the question of booking windows. Would the booking window be on Japanese time, giving them essentially a 1 day booking advantage, or on Orlando time, giving them essentially a 1 day booking disadvantage.
Not a big deal, but just curious how this will work out.
