DVC Website functions not all available??

Is anyone having issues using the DVC website?
I can log on, but can't see details on my membership, nor can I look into room availability right now.

I haven't called them - I was interested in seeing what was available in December ... not ready to really commit to any dates at this point. Keeping it a casual search, lol.

There is this message on the home page, so I know there must be some type of issues on their end:

For Members Who Need to Manage Their Accounts or Book a Vacation
If you need information about you upcoming vacations or want to book a new one, please call Member Services at (800) ********* or (407) 566-3800. We're always here to help you in any way we can!

For Members with Automatic Payment Arrangements
For Members who have established automatic payment arrangements for Loans or Dues, there's no need to be concerned. No further payments are due and your payments will be handled automatically, as usual.

Meanwhile, we're working to get everything on the renovated Disney Vacation Club Member website up and running soon!"

I don't see the messages that you are referring to. I can also check availability.

I will have to call them - my homepage has the message that I posted here, and when I get to the availability/wait list area, an error message (site unavailable) comes up.
Thanks for your feedback - now I know it may be a problem on my end or with my account.

No I do not see those messages, I've checked on a couple computers now.

Try a different browser. On my laptop, it doesn't work with IE, only Chrome.

Aha! I've been using Firefox as my browser ... Safari works like a charm! Thanks, DebbieB, for your suggestion

And firefox will work for you again some other day. I never know what I'll have to use. Today Firefox is working for me but I can have that change with a click of the website.

Fickle browsers! Well, I was able to check into dates (once I switched to Safari!) and the great news is that I booked our next trip home
