I had two issues with the website yesterday. Checking availability the results were different when checking from the dashboard versus plan vacation tabs. The dashboard showed no availability, the plan section showed availability at SSR.

The 2nd issue is really weird. I booked the SSR room for one night but the reservation shows checking in on December 2nd and checking out on April 6, 2019. Four months for 22 points.

Don't do it, Bill. It's a trap.

I knew the Mouse would try to silence you one day. I now suspect that day may be some time between Dec 2 and April 6... probably closer to Dec 2 because he'll need to rent that room out.
 

Another issue, just tried to add the deluxe dining plan to a one night reservation, got the "we're working on it" fail message. The credit card was charged but according to MS the plan was not added. They suggest that I wait a few days to see if I get a credit for the charge and then try to add the plan again.

Seems like the website is getting worse or is it just my Disney bad luck acting up again?

DW tells me not to report the 4 month reservation to Disney, she wants to see if we can really stay for 4 months for 22 points. party:

I agree...are you driving there? If so, I'd just stay in the room the next day and see what happens. (would have been nicer if it happened at VGF or BWV, but don't look a gift horse I guess)

This is yet another glitch. Happened to my Labor Day reservation. Booked for 3 nights, but the online reservation showed the reservation for 6 months.

Called dvc, and on their side of the reservation, it is only for 3 nights. Told me not to worry about it.

I agree, I think disney’s Computer systems are getting worse, and I didn’t think that was possible.

I just spent 3+ hours during multiple phone calls with different departments to cancel a dining reservation. This has now happened to me twice :(

Oh yes - they CAN get worse :). Now a lot of it is OUR fault... we keep acknowledging that Disney HAS a computer system :).
Glad you called - CALL still works :).
 
This happened to me last night. I have a reservation now for September 14 to November 1. It’s suppose to be one night. Oct 31-nov 1. 15 points. Hoping this clears up. I’m not looking forward to booking the next moonlight. I got thrown out three times trying to book this 1 night reservation.
