No problems here. I was on the line with MS today to modify an existing reservation. I was put on hold for several minutes while the point allocation was being clarified and I saw on the website that the change had been processed correctly before the cast member even came back on the line.
I am no computer expert -- my first thought is always to clear the cache, which may help resolve your problems.
It's working fine for me. As ammo said, try clearing your cache and make sure you're set to accept cookies from go.com, in case you changed your security settings.
I have Comcast broadband too, I'll try clearing the cache and see what happens. I've opened new windows and tried to get from the Disney website and so forth, but nothing I've tried is working. Thanks.
