DVC website down AGAIN?

I have tried several browsers. Pathetic.

Yup! Wasted about an hour of prime time this morning when all they had to do was just put up a notice that they were having difficulties. That would have been enough to scare me off until MS opened for phone reservations. Well, here's hoping I can still get my F&W reservations.

I cannot log on! Is the website down? Frustrating!

I finally just got in. First time at 8AM it took about 2-3 minutes to log in then asked for club id and access code even though I'm already registered. Second time it said site down for maintenance. Just tried again at 10AM and asked for club id and access code again after 2-3 minutes. Then tried again just now and after about 5 minutes it finally logged in.

Ok, I was hoping this was not just my computer!

Not too happy about this, as this was the first trip I attempted to book on-line, after only owning DVC for about 3 weeks now. Luckily I was able to get what I wanted through MS, but the whole appeal is having that extra hour window to book your rooms.

Does this happen alot??

DVC has many great things going for it. The reliability of the website is not one of them. If there is a time sensitive issue like canceling a reservation at the 31 day mark or banking points at the 4 month mark, I would never wait until the last minute assuming I can do it online. JMHO.

Not in my experience. I usually log in at 8AM for about a week straight when i'm trying to book a ressie and walk it day by day (which sometimes you can do online if there is availability, but typically requires calling MS). Anyways, the point is I log in religiously at 8AM for about a week straight any time I reserve, and never have had similar issues. You just got lucky Hope your actual trip is much better experience Luckily for me my waitlist matched last night so getting in at 8AM wasn't a necessity as I was just adding the last day.

Login page redirects now to https://dvc.disney.go.com/members/down-for-maintenance:
"We're sorry. Our systems are unavailable at this time as we are performing maintenance. Please try again later. "

Weird thing is I was in using the site for about an hour, and as soon as I log out I get this page, so it is working, but they won't let you login
