DVC Website asking for activation code

I have been a DVC member for 10 years and a frequent user of their website. I have been trying to get online to book my next trip and when i log in a window pops up asking for my membership number and my one time activation code that I received with my membership???

I cannot get past this to do anything. Is anyone else getting this and what do I do?? I really didn't want the hassle to call MS but may have to...?

Maybe it will return to normal and all of the reservations I'm trying to make will magically appear! LOL
 

Just tried to get on and they have some serious errors right now. Hopefully it will be fixed by the time I need it tomorrow morning.
 
Is anyone able to get on? I am getting a strange looking page as sign in.
 
Of course the website is down the day I need to book the week with 4th of July. Ugh!!!
 
yesterday I got nothing but gibberish words when I tried to get on DVC site and I was just on about 4 hours eariler. What I did was shut my computer down and started up again and all was well.

This morning it was showing a db error for me on Chrome but when I tried on Firefox it was fine. Right now on Chrome it's fine for me too. I suspect a cache issue..
 
I have been calling since sunday for my activation code.... they keep saying "system down" so they can't get my code. unfortunately the system went down at the same time they were supposed to email me the codes.... which never happened.

So I keep calling back daily to see if anyone can get me my activation codes

They told me the system was down for fixing my account on Monday, it's still down?! I found out that SOMEHOW the DVC login is now part of my husband's MDE login info, despite the fact that we never set him up on the DVC site. We had only gotten mine setup. It's nuts how wacky their IT is.

I am in the same boat and just called and it is still down. She said they do not have an idea when it will be back up but are hoping by the end of the week (and she mentioned they are open Saturday/Sunday).

I had a separate issue with Member Services (reallocating points on a reservation) and the system wasn't working yesterday, and she called back today, said the system is working and took care of it while we were on the phone together. Maybe it is back up if they are the same system?

So frustrating... called again at 10am. still down. I will try again around 4 or so. I just want to be able to access my account online! lol
 
*** UPDATE ***
Called again just now, 1:45PM and the CM said that they expect a patch to be created tonight and then tomorrow it "should" be working.
