I just tried to login and got a picture of Olaf and a message saying it was undergoing maintenance and that member areas of the site would be unavailable until 12am. Hope that isn't true!

Laughing..... . Not at folks having problems. Laughing at the concept that WDW/DVC HAS anything like a functioning Website . All personal opinion..... CALL, CALL, CALL. When Disney wants a real transactional website? They'll put one up . Funny, AMAZON does this every day .

SMH, but nothing new with Disney's websites. I've had trouble logging in over this past week. Says username/password incorrect, not true. If login & receive that message, I go to browser link & remove member login portion of address, & type in member benefits, click enter, then directs to website.

Happy, but a tad bit concerned. Just was going through email, & saw DVC email, can't wait to welcome you home. Thinking, I already received this. Opened email, & has reservation with day I had waitlisted. Waitlisted 1D in October @ VGF. Had reservation for AKL-Jumbo. Last week, BLT was available, so grabbed it & cancelled AKL. Definitely wasn't expecting any availability @ BLT or VGF in October during F&W and MNSSHP, but waitlisted any way, one never knows. So to see 1 reservation with all dates, including waitlisted day, & this early, very surprised. So went the DVC website after reading email, received maintenance Olaf message stating down until 12EST, which led me to Dis & found this thread. It appears the DVC website has been down all day. So went to MDE account, reservation showing.

The site is up now, but it's still laggy as usual. I wish that they'd do something about their bandwidth.
