DVC web site problems

Is anyone else having trouble opening the DVC web site? I can log on but cannot open it.

100% yes. I have been trying since 7:30 am with no luck at all. I called MS to check days and told them how the website was down and she told me it wasn't. I told her I am sure it was and she said they were definitely not having problems and maybe I needed to upgrade my browser lol. I didn't fight with her, I just agreed and said thank you lol. Anyways, yes, I too am having no luck.

Been trying to piece together an October trip. Have all the nights but moving three times, trying to get that number down. i've experienced this twice in this week. Very frustrating, I hope it's not the norm!

Yep, sounds like us. 4 night stay with 3 moves. Trying to get the move down to 2. Very frustrating indeed. No movement on the waitlist for months now. Just a waitlist for 1 night.

This is almost worse that the site being down, for me. Having to deal with MS CMs being so sure of erroneous information. Bonkers, drives me bonkers.

Yesterday I was in my 20 minute window on a booking, mere minutes in. The system pushed me out in the middle. Not my browser, not my error, the system pushed me out.

And if that wasn't bad or weird enough I was borrowing points.

So when it pushed me out the night was no longer there (going back in) but get this - my points were still borrowed perfectly!!! Yeah dvcmember.com you got that part correct! With no night of course.

I wrote them. I can't imagine trying to convince a CM on the phone that that actually happened. And I'll get quite the email about it because I did another booking afterwards.

I finally just called. I was looking at piecing my Oct trip day by day. Best I could go on-line was two nights at AKL followed by one night at SSR, and wait listing the last two nights.
When the CM checked, she found the same availability I had found. But then, BCVs popped up for my first two nights and last two nights!! Booked VWL for the middle night and wait listed for BC! She was in shock...said it was almost unheard of to get an Epcot resort during Food and Wine, just four months out!! The DVC fairies have sprinkled me with booking pixie dust.

Yes, I noticed alot of BCV availability when I got on for a few minutes today. It looked like they put a room back in that was out of service. The one day I wanted was gone, but lots of nights for Sep/Oct/Nov, BCV studio. Of course now with not getting in, that adds to the frustration, and I'm sure those nights are gone.
