DVC VWL resale ?

Hi Everyone!

Have a quick question about fair selling/buying price for VWL and ROFR.

We're trying to pick up 250 points at VWL...250 points for 08, 09, 10; 08 points expire 12/01/10. Is 72/pt too much/less or a fair price? How likely is Disney to allow that to go through?

For a loaded contract $72 sounds great to me.

Only one resale was reported as ROFRd for VWL. And it sold for $77 per point. $72 per point sounds like a bargain. Whether it passes ROFR is another story. Good Luck!

There are out there as cheep as $60/pt but I think your loaded contract may a better chance of passing.

Honestly don't know what I'll do with 250 pts. expire in 5 months!
