DVC versus Wyndham Timeshare

I recently bought the Wyndham the following portion of the resale market. Some annoying features, such as service charges when you exceed this limit, but I think we need it. I paid $ 400 a resale market. Do not buy directly from the Wyndham because the resale value is much smaller. It is a system of points than the DVC.

Yes, I have heard about some annoying random charges. We went to Wyndham recently and talked with a sales rep and I could never get a straight answer about what was included and...I think that the fact that Wyndham did not give me a brochure or any paperwork to think about the purchase, or to weigh it all out, means that half of what the rep said was probably garbage!!!

There are several good people selling on eBay...just look for 99-100% feedback and a lot of sales! Also look for "Power sellers" those are always good signs for choosing sellers.

We are actually watching several auctions for reselling Wyndham Timeshares! They are great deals!!! GL!!

I agree, and thanks!! We have been watching a few lsitings on eBay with reputable sellers! That's the only way I want to buy into Wyndham...we talked to a Wyndham sales rep and the price was a rip off! LOL
