DVC Ticket Offer

Hi have a DVC stay booked for September that falls into the special offer a few questions:
1. Is if available for resale members?
2. I have tickets purchased from Disney for my stay of 5 nights how long are the “additional nights“ good for? Can I use them for a stay in 2022?
3. would I have to cancel all my existing park reservations if I were to buy it and start over and risk not getting a park reservation?

The deal is for those eligible for membership magic so you need a blue card

The tickets have to be used for stays starting no later than in September and then expire a certain number of days later. I believe it’s 9 days after the start date you pick.

No impact on park reservations if you get different tickets.
