DVC Survey

We just got a postcard from DVC asking us to go on-line and participate in a survey about our recent stay at BCV. I haven't done this yet, but since this was our first trip home, I was wondering if this was common practice?

There is a poster on the Theme Parks board asking the same question because they got one for OKW.

Yes, DVC often uses surveys like this to gain information about member satisfaction regarding a specific stay. At times, surveys are used to determine member attitudes about DVC programs and/or potential changes to those programs.

Yeah, thats my post, I should have posted it here. I was as honest as I could be and stated many times when asked about things I thought could be improved on or problems we had, no matter how minor they were. If they ask I will tell...smjj

We received a postcard under my daughter's name from when we rented points last Oct. The first part of the week was in my daughters name for a studio and the last half of the week we had a 2 bdrm under my name.

I just got one for my recent stay at BCV too! I ran directly from the mailbox to the computer-I love Disney surveys. They just asked about your room, recreation (if you participated), different resturants there, CMs, pool, stuff like that-it's pretty standard. DH got one for golfing at LBV, and what he thought was funny was that after they ask "How would you rate....", their next question is usually "Why did you rate it--?"

I got 2... one for each stay this year... One for Beach Club Villas, one for Wilderness Lodge Villas

That didn't seem to be for us. We split our stay between OKW and BCV. So far we've only gotten one from BCV.
