DVC stay via RCI - resort parking fee??

If you stay at a DVC resort via an RCI exchange, do you have to pay the $24 overnight parking fees?

The research I have done is showing some yes, some no.

This would be treated the same way as a reservation made with DVC points: no parking fee would be charged.

However, you are charged something like a $195 exchange fee at check-in, which is considered to cover the parking and etc. So RCI is a bit weird there.
