Must be having a "dumb" day, because you'd think that someone who is on these boards on a daily basis would know the answer to an obvious question...
Staying on our points for 10 days at the end of March. Have yet to purchase tickets or new AP's (ours expired a few months ago).
With all of the discussion of purchasing discounted tickets, using them for a day, and then being able to apply the full price of the tickets towards AP's, that was the plan going forward.
But... if the tickets that are currently available with the biggest dollar discount are 3 or 4 day tickets, then, for purposes of booking FP's, it doesn't matter how long I have a stay booked for, I'll only be able to book the number of days associated with the tickets, right???
If that's the case, then I may just bite the bullet and pay the full DVC rate so I can get the full 60 day window for our whole trip (and given that it's just before and into the Easter weekend, I want to be able to lock down 3 rides a day).
Thanks all.
