DVC Site - is anybody else having problems

For the last few days I have been unable to see my vacation for 5-18 April 2008 at OKW on the DVC site. It was there last week but now I'm having problems viewing it. The site keeps telling me that I'm unable to view this page at this time.

Is anybody else having problems seeing their upcoming vacations or should I call them.

It's been happening to me. I've been checking my vacations about twice a day because I am on a waitlist. About 1/2 the time, I get the "cannot display this page" message. I was able to view my ressies this morning.

Bobbi...I get the "cannot display this page" message most of the time after logging in. When you get it, just click in the upper right hand corner on "Member Log-in". It will take you to the correct page without any further input of user ID or password. It's a glitch I've seen for several months now and I'm thinking the new website improvements will address this.

I hope it's fixed too! I think I discovered what you are saying once, when I didn't log out of the "can't show page." I didn't realize that I was actually looking at a way around the problem. Thanks for pointing that out!!

Thankyou. It has now worked and I can see my vacation. Maybe it's just sheer volume of people looking at their vacations!

I was able to get on this morning, but it was moving verrrrryy slowly! I am assuming this is because of a lot of traffic.

When I get that message, I just hit the "refresh" button on my browser and my information is magically displayed. Perhaps this is a bug ?

On a Mac, I cannot even log onto the member's website using either FireFox or Opera. I can log on using Safari, however.

For most of today, when I go to the spot Granny suggested, it just goes into a loop...do you want to display secure and non secure items? ...then the "sorry..." page again. Bobbi

On a related note, has anyone been able to access the DME request form off the website? I am on the West Coast, so calling to speak w/ Member Services is hard, so I have been unable to add my flights.

Yesterday (Saturday) I made a reservation for 4/26 - 5/2. The reservation was already on the website when I logged on to check after I hung up (Threads like these have made me paranoid, LOL). Our October 2007 reservation was still there, too.

A few days earlier I did get the "not available" message, but as far as I can tell, it is OK now.

For me, it's like undependable magic sometimes I can see the ressies and sometimes I can't. After reading your post CarolMN, I went back and yes, I saw all of our ressies, points are right, everything is good! Yes, I can get to the ME page...so homeboycartel, you should be OK!
