DVC sent us the wrong deed. Is that a big deal?

I just noticed that DVC sent us the wrong deed. We sold our last contract this year and they sent a satisfaction of mortgage and it doesn't have our name on it.

I would absolutely request a corrected copy. This way, if it ever comes into question, you have proof.
