dvc sales pitch

Just got an email from dvc offering me $25 dgc if I call and listen to their pitch. Has anyone done this? How painful is it? Is it worth the time for $25 ?

Several people on the budget board have posted they have done this. It's just a call no strings attached and they got the gift card in the mail within a few weeks. I say go for it!

I am one of those Budgeters who have done this. For me, it was a $40 Disney Gift Card, and it was about a year ago. And it mainly was a quick call where a DVC salesperson told me to read the presentation. I am a habitual DVC renter, always keeping an eye out on the DVC. At this point, I have no plans to buy into the DVC, since renting is so easy and you get the best of the DVC with none of the obligation of a timeshare.

You don't have to be contacted. I read about it on the Budget Board and called the number on my own, and still got the gift card. I forget the phone number.

Interesting, I wish I would have known that sooner. They didn't 't ask for a pin number or anything, I just told them I had received the offer. They did have all my info though, address, phone, email, etc

I hope you can find the link or the #. I tried looking at the Budget Board and couldn't find a thread in search for DVC gift card. That would be much appreciated.

ok I just called and was told that in order to get the presentation and offer of a gift card, I must have reservations booked at one of the on site hotels already in their system....so if you dont..then you dont get the gift card
