Yes for the ones that are connected to a hotel (Boardwalk, Beach Club, Bay Lake, Animal Kingdom, WL), they share the room service menu. No for OKW, SSR.

We got room service at BWV one time.

That morning, I'd left DHS after one attraction very sick. I went back to the villa and slept all day. That evening, DH and I decided that room service would go a long way in rescuing a bad day at Disney.

So imagine, I've slept all day. I'm pale, and my hair is stuck to the side of my head.

Two people show up at the door. They are dressed in crisp white shirts and black pants. They promptly cleared our table, placed a table cloth on it, and set napkins with heavy silverware on them. They may have even put water glasses out there, with water. I don't recall.

Overall, its expensive, but...
Bottom line...be prepared to be wowed!

We had room service at the YC on our trip in Sept. I was WOWed! I loved the service and was hoping it would be available at the BWV also.

BLT has room service. We just returned from WDW and stayed at BLT. The villa next to ours regularly had room service delivered. But I never looked at the menu.

We had room service once at VWL. It was not as grand as Mickey'sApprentice described. But it was nice.
