DVC room discounts?

I can't find this info anywhere and I've been digging for few hours here. LOL

Do DVC owners get room discounts at other resorts? If we were to rent a room at any of the Disney resorts, paying cash, are there discounts for DVC members?
I'm talking about all the resorts, not just the DVC properties.

No discounts at other resorts for DVC members. If you have an AP there are sometimes discounts.
