I picked OKW because of the size consideration, but as for location I would pick BCV or BWV

BCV because of their pool
OKW because of the golfing
SSR because of it being a new resort
BWV because of the boardwalk
VB because right on the beach/ocean
HH or HHI because of the southern feeling and marina/boardwalk
VWL because of the woods feeling and beauitful christmas's

I vote for all of them !!!!!!!!
