Realistically, the Poly bungalows and LV have reliable fireworks view, even though they are not designated as TPV.As mentioned, RIV has rooms that face the parks and can view fireworks, but you don’t book it that way.
Same with VGF and BWV. There are rooms that can view them, but not all so it’s luck of the draw,
The only rooms specified for it are BLT.
Agreed, the Grand Cal has some rooms with a view of Disney's California Adventure theme park and the nighttime 'World of Color' water show. The resort also offers a viewing deck, open to all DVC guests, for the WoC night time show.Grand Cal has some views, that's about it.
Am I the only one NOT to be fan of a firework view? Disney night spectaculars are meant to be enjoyed in the parks, especially with the latest addition of projections. I've watched fireworks from the Poly, from a BW standard view room, from the TotW lounge, all experiences have been... meh.
