DVC Resorts with sandy beach

I see photos of a sandy beach at VWL.
Is there actually sand you can play in at Stormalong at BCV?
Do any other DVC properties close to the parks have a sandy beach for playing? Thanks for your help.

Just so you are aware, going into the lake water is not allowed at any of WDW's locations, so, using VWL as an example, it is a nice, small beach, but you can't go into the water.

I know that Poly, GF, Contemp, BLT, VWL, YC/BC all have access to a sandy beach. However, you are not permitted in the water. Lake waters in Florida can have a certain amoeba living in them which is fatal to humans. No swimming or playing in the water is permitted.

Thanks! That is just what I needed. My kiddos LOVE sand and I would love to take an afternoon on our next trip to let them just sit and play in it. No swimming necessary.

Stormalong Bay has a Sandbar in the Kiddie pool that they may enjoy.
