DVC Resales?

Just got back from our WL trip. While we were there, I took an open house tour. How beautiful the Boardwalk Villas were! I'm sold. But which resort to buy and do resale or buy new. I could see Old Key West being the best deal because of lowest annual fees. Do fees go up? Please respond.

Yearly maint fees go up but usually a reasonable amount and have gone down even one or twice. OKW is the best value for most followed by BWV due to the standard view. The resale prices can save some money but not enough to make that the driving force. Buy where you want to stay most trips. If you want to try a little of everything and will have a car when you visit, OKW may well be your best choice.
